Is it safe?
Outburst puts safety ahead of everything else. We suit up ragers with coveralls, face shields, gloves, and hard hats. All participants must wear closed toed shoes to enter the rage room. Ankle socks or higher are recommended.
Do I have to wear the safety gear?
Yes, because safety is one of our top priorities, all Rage Room & Fruit Smashing Room guests must wear coveralls to protect their clothing and exposed skin. You must wear the face shield, hard hat and gloves that we provide.
What are the age restrictions?
No children under the age of 13 are allowed to participate in the majority of Rage Room packages, but children ages 13-17 are allowed with parent/guardian present. The parent/guardian must also sign our liability waiver on behalf of the participant.
For ages 5 and up we offer a "Small Outburst" that includes smashing fruit/produce.
Axe Throwing is 13 and up. Parent/guardian must sign the liability waiver for all children ages 13-17.
Virtual Reality (VR) gaming is 6 and up.
What types of items are for breaking?
Small items are, but not limited to: cell phones, shot glasses, small plates, incense holders, beer/soda bottles, small electronics, CD’s, VHS tapes, etc.
Medium items: medium plates, wine glasses, vases, vinyl’s, lunch boxes, toys, wine bottles, etc.
Large Items: mirrors, chairs, plastic tubs, woodwork, furniture, breadboxes, fans, large frames, etc.
“Specialty Items” can be purchased on location. We don’t always have everything available due to the difficult nature of acquiring some items, but they can include: Furniture pieces, Cabinets, TVs, computers, speakers, small appliances, printers, mirrors and other random items.
Do you allow parties?
Yes we do. For parties over 8 people, we have a minimum price per person of $45. This can go up depending on what you want to break. So, chances are it’ll be more than $45 per person. We also take special requests but need a minimum of two weeks notice. email us at email@example.com for inquires.

Do you take walk-ins?
We usually would take walk-ins during normal business hours, however due to COVID-19 and socially distancing standards, for the time being we will only be open for reservations booked online or over the phone. All reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Reservations done online or over the phone will take precedence and walk-ins may be scheduled for a later time.
Cancellation/ Reschedule/ Late Policy:
We allow for 100% refunds on cancellations up to 24 hours in advance. Anything later will not be given ANY refund. This is because we put a lot of work into preparing the packages, rooms, and generating a schedule. Any rescheduling done up to 24 hours in advance is free. Anything later and you’ll be charged a $20 rescheduling fee. We advise clients to come in at least 15 minutes early to their allotted time to check in and get suited up. The time you reserve is your time in the room. This does not include preparation. People who come in late will have their rage time cut, no exceptions. We can’t have people who have booked after you and arrived on time wait because you were late.
What should I to bring?
All you need is closed-toed shoes (ankle socks or higher recommended) and a form of identification for reservation verification. If you have items at home you were going to throw out or get rid of, you are welcome to bring extra items to your session, but it is not required. Please do not bring anything with hazardous materials inside, such as no batteries, fluorescent light bulbs, or CRT TVs (flat screens are okay).
How many people are allowed per room?
1-8 people can be in the room at one time. We can host larger parties, but the group may be split up and take turns.
Can I donate breakables?
Yes you may. All items must be pre-approved before donating. If you donate 10 or more items you will receive a coupon code for 20% off your next booking. 20% can be used on any package we offer.
Can I listen to my own playlist?
Yes, as long as you make the playlist on Spotify and make it public we can play your music.
What do I do if I'm running late for my session?
If you are running late please call/email us as soon as possible to see if anyone is booked after you to know
if being late will be an issue. If someone is booked directly after you and you're going to be 15 minutes late or more please reschedule your appointment so your time isn't cut to only 5-10 minutes.
